Bank's 9M17 Core earnings vs P/E ratio

Philippine Banks seems to be the name of the Game this 2018. With a robust and bullish outlook, I use this chart to visually conceptualized and guide me and my subscribers in choosing the right stock with good upside and prospect. This is a modification from the Regina Capital System. Personally, I would choose stocks in the quadrant A or the encircled stocks for mid to long term investment.
