Inverse yield curve?

Dear subscriber,

The recent sell-off in the US stock market had affected the world's stock market. The PSE is not sparred form this risk off sentiment. The reason for this negative market sentiments was rooted from the inverse yield curve which is seen when the long term US interest rate is lower than the short-term interest rate. This event is commonly seen during the U.S. economic recession but fortunately the term and conditions are different. Fundamentally, the PSE is still intact with good prospect yet the delay on passing of the National Budget might affect the the Philippine Growth rate.
